The company is engaged in the growing of crops combined with farming of animals. It was incorporated in November of 2008 and conducts its business from its registered head office in Rodeiro, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: growing of crops, such as tobacco, vegetable textile materials, potatoes, chicory roots, roots and tubers with a high starch or inulin content, cotton, sugarcane, hay, sugar beets, peanuts, herbs and spices, and hay and grass seeds; and gathering tea or maple sap. It also operates ranches, farms, and feedlots primarily engaged in keeping, grazing, breeding, or feeding livestock. The livestock includes domestic animals or captive wild animals, such as cows, goats, donkey, horses pigs, mule, water buffalo, and yaks.
